Not every puncture needs a new tyre. If the damage is inside the repairable area of the tread and the tyre hasn't been driven flat, a British Standard repair is safe, permanent and a fraction of the cost of replacement. We'll always tell you which one you actually need.

No. Damage to the sidewall or shoulder, cuts over 6mm, or a tyre that's been driven on while flat cannot be repaired safely. In those cases we'll fit a replacement instead.
A correctly carried out repair within the repairable area is safe for the remaining life of the tyre. That's why we remove the tyre and patch it from the inside rather than plugging it from the outside.
Most puncture repairs are finished within 30 to 45 minutes of us arriving.
